Welcome to WILD Leadership. WILD Leadership is presented jointly by Jami Bond LLC and Henri Emile LLC (together, the "Companies," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website at jamibond.com and the WILD Leadership pages (the "Site"), and your registration for or participation in the WILD Leadership event and any related programs or services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Site, registering for the event, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services or register for the event.
WILD Leadership is a one-day, in-person leadership and embodiment immersion co-facilitated by Jami Bond and Henri Emile, through their respective companies, Jami Bond LLC and Henri Emile LLC. Through somatic, nervous-system, and breathwork-based experiences, we support people in leading from their whole selves.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
Registration is for the named attendee and applies to the full day of the event. Because WILD Leadership is an in-person, physically and emotionally engaging experience, every attendee is required to read and sign a participation waiver and release before taking part. You are responsible for arriving prepared and for any personal items you bring.
All purchases made through our Site or any third-party platform are subject to the cancellation and refund terms presented at the time of checkout. WILD Leadership involves physical movement, breathwork, and emotional process work. Your participation is voluntary, and you assume the risks inherent in such activities. You are responsible for consulting a physician before attending if you have any medical, physical, or psychological condition that could be affected by participation. A separate waiver and release of liability will be required as a condition of attendance.
All content provided through WILD Leadership — including text, images, video, and program materials — is the property of Jami Bond LLC and/or Henri Emile LLC and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, record, or distribute our materials or the event content without our prior written permission.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from participation in WILD Leadership. Personal growth is an individual process, and results vary from person to person. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jami Bond LLC and Henri Emile LLC, along with their respective owners, facilitators, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or your participation in the event.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
