We see you. We get you. We got you.

You've outgrown the way
you got here.

You're the one who gets it done. A beast — give you a target and you hit it, the way you always have. You've built the thing, led the team, hit numbers people called a stretch. People wonder how you do it all. Maybe you're the fixer, the rock, the one everyone leans on.

Here's the part you already know: what got you here won't get you there. You haven't hit a wall because you're slacking. You've hit a wall because you're tired of spinning your wheels, leading the same way and expecting different results — or barely moving the needle.

And for the lone wolf, your next level of leadership isn't done alone. We're social creatures — like everything wild, built to move as a pack. Something powerful moves through a room when a group of strong people decide to shift together; you feel it the moment you walk in. Whatever comes up, we've got you — borrow our certainty until you find your own.

The reps you never got

Every craft has a place to practice.
Leadership doesn't.

Think about anyone great at their craft. Athletes have the gym and the practice field. Musicians have the rehearsal room. Actors have the read-through and the run before opening night. They get to drill it, be messy, miss, and refine — long before the lights ever come on.

Leaders get none of that. You lead live. Real stakes, real people, no rehearsal, no do-overs. You've been performing your whole career without ever getting to train.

That's why what got you here won't get you there. Leadership simply isn't taught this way — everyone's expected to level up on the job, live. The next level takes reps, and most leaders never get a place to put them in.

So now's the time, and this is the room. One day to work the full spectrum of your leadership — not just the mindset, not just the head stuff. To try things on, get coached, and level up your leadership in real time. A space built for you to grow into what's next.

Why we call it wild.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience — and that experience runs on animal biology.

You have a beautiful mind, and you've trained it well: the books, the frameworks, years of mindset work. All of it real. All of it worth it. But underneath every thought you've ever had is a body running on the same ancient wiring as every other creature on the planet — fight, flight, freeze, fawn. Protect. Belong. Survive.

That wiring is not a flaw to override. Most leadership work tries to think its way past the animal. We do the opposite. We turn toward it. We learn its language. We befriend it.

Because when you start working with your biology, something shifts that mindset alone can never reach. You start to get extraordinary results with less effort, the quality of your presence inspires others to step into their leadership, and people trust your leadership.

What people say

The work that actually lands.

"I didn't just gain clarity — I had an experience. Where I once felt bottlenecked, I now feel clear, confident, and inspired."

— Jami Bond, on Henri

"He never pushes, always encourages, and will call you out — but only to empower the leader you already are."

— Linda Cicero

"I am just mindblown with the experience I had. I was really able to tap into my power."

— Karen Elaine

"I started my spiritual journey and saying yes to myself when attending Jami's first day retreat. I have had the pleasure of being in multiple containers and retreats led by her. The transformation in my life over the last three years has been beautiful. I am truly grateful to Jami for her loving spirit and soul. Her own soul transformation has inspired her to help others journey within themselves and find their own beauty, grace, and spiritual peace."

— Vicki Jones

Jami & Henri.

Between them, Jami and Henri have spent more than forty years building real things in the real world — tattoo shops, a wine bar, brand studios, coaching practices. They know payroll and pressure, risk and reinvention, from the inside.

Trained under Christina Berkley · Alexi Panos · Preston Smiles · Christine Hassler · Michaela Boehm · Dr. Steve Gilligan (Milton Erickson lineage)

They teach this because they've lived it — two high performers who hit the same wall, did the work, and found how to stay a force without burning down to do it. Whatever comes up in that room, they've got you.

Jami Bond
Jami Bond

Transformational coach, somatic facilitator, and longtime apprentice and co-trainer inside The Bridge Method. Her gift is reading what's underneath — the thing a body is carrying that the mouth hasn't found words for yet. She won't let you hide, and you'll feel held the whole time you're being seen.

Henri Emile
Henri Emile

Embodied business coach and breathwork facilitator who spent nearly two decades building brands for some of the world's most recognized companies before turning that precision toward the inner world of leaders. He reads what's actually running the show — from the strategic and the somatic lens at once.

Common questions

Before you reserve.

Do I need experience with somatic work?
No. You'll be guided every step. Whether it's your first time or you've been around this work for years, the room meets you where you are and takes you somewhere new.
Do I need to be a business leader to attend?
No. You're already a leader — and if you've read this far, there's a next level of leadership calling you forward. This is the room for it. Open to all genders.
How is this different from other leadership events?
Most leadership trainings work on what you think. This works on what your body does under pressure — in real time, in the room. A different kind of change, and it actually sticks.
Are there parts I can attend on their own — like individual classes?
No. This is one immersive experience — you are the workshop. It's not a sit-down, take-notes kind of day; it's a full container, start to finish.
What if I can only attend part of the day?
We ask that you commit to the whole day. This is a space where you grow and expand as a group — your full presence matters, both for your own growth and for everyone else's.
What type of movement will I be doing?
A mix of sitting in a chair, standing, and at times sitting or lying down on a yoga mat. Modifications are always available, including staying in a chair throughout.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, plus layers for temperature shifts in the space.
What should I bring?
A refillable, closable water container, your own food for the day, and anything that helps you feel grounded. Full details after you register.
Will food be provided?
No — please bring your own food for the day. There's a lunch break built into the schedule, so you'll have time to eat. Water is available on site (bring a refillable, closable container — no glassware is provided).
Is the venue accessible?
We love this venue for its rustic beauty — the barn was built in 1940 — and it offers only stairs up to the workshop space. If you have any accessibility questions, please email [email protected].
Will I need to sign a waiver?
Yes — a short participation waiver will be part of your registration.
Is it really in person?
Yes — fully in person at The Red Barn in Woodland, WA. This work happens in a room, with your body involved. There's no virtual version of it.

One day. One room.
Come back to the wild.
