A woman's impact can only be as powerful as she is wild. Not reckless. Not chaotic. Wild — as in she still belongs to herself inside every role she plays. If you've been trading aliveness for belonging, this is where that stops.
Come Closer
I'm not an alter ego. I'm not performing edginess for the internet. I am the woman who watched hundreds of women build lives that looked extraordinary from the outside — and felt like cages from the inside. Who watched them trade truth for safety, power for approval, and aliveness for belonging.
I spent thousands of hours as a tattoo artist reading what bodies say when mouths won't. I owned two shops, built a tap house, burned things down, rebuilt. I learned that a woman's power doesn't come from being polished. It comes from being inhabited. From refusing to maintain a version of herself she was never meant to spend her life being.
Now I expose the cage, name the bargain, and invite women back into ownership of themselves. Not through more healing. Not through more self-improvement. Through the audacious, unreasonable act of trusting what they already know.
Performance works. That is exactly why it is so seductive. It can get you the praise, the clients, the money, the belonging, the gold star. The problem is when you become wildly successful at maintaining a woman you were never meant to spend your life being.Jami Bond

The intimate, no-bullshit container where we name the bargain you've been making — in your body, your business, your relationships, your leadership — and you decide whether you're willing to keep paying for it. I don't fix women. I expose the cage and hand you back the key you've been sitting on.

From Unearth — a one-day live excavation — to multi-day retreats and stages where Jami brings the doctrine into the room and burns the polite version of the conversation to the ground. These are the spaces where women stop performing in real time and feel what becomes possible when they do.
Live experiences where the performance drops in real time. One day. One room. The woman underneath the performance finally gets to breathe.

One day. One room. The illusions get named, the bargain gets exposed, and you meet the woman you've been maintaining a performance to avoid becoming. She's been waiting. And she's not polite.

A room full of women who stepped out of the performance and into embodied leadership — naming the bargain, reclaiming the body, and leading from the spine instead of the script. This one already happened. The next one is coming.
See What HappenedWhen the performance drops, when you stop managing yourself so everyone else can stay comfortable — these are the things that come roaring back. They're not all polite. They're not supposed to be. But I will tell you… the ALIVENESS is palpable and you may want more. 😏
You stop swallowing what you actually think. You stop collecting twelve opinions before you trust your own. You say the thing — in the meeting, in the marriage, in the mirror.
The parts you learned to edit — the intensity, the ambition, the anger, the appetite — they stop being problems to manage and start becoming power you can actually use.
Not the sanitized, "journaled about it" version. The real hunger. What you want before you decide whether it's reasonable. Desire stops being a future destination and starts being information you act on.
She's been sending you signals for years. The tightening throat before you say yes when you mean no. The exhale when you finally stop performing. When you let her lead, everything reorganizes.
I didn't realize how disconnected I was from my own body until Jami helped me feel it again. Not through force or fixing — just through presence. She held space for me in a way no one ever has, and something in me finally unclenched.
The retreat cracked something open in me that I'd been protecting for years. I came in exhausted and performing. I left grounded, softer, and more myself than I've felt in a decade. This work is the real thing.
Jami has this way of seeing right through the stories you've been telling yourself — not to tear them down, but to gently show you what's underneath. I finally trust my own decisions again. I feel like I came home.
Working with me is not "for everyone." I want to have powerful and potent experiences with dope people. I'm looking for an energetic fit, business fit, and make sure we vibe as humans.
And to be very clear: our 90-minute call is a real coaching experience, not a sales script. No pressure. No expectation. Service first is how I grow my business. If we decide it makes sense to see what working together would be like, we'll talk.
Apply for a Connection CallFill out the application, so I have a sense of where you are and whether I can support you.
After applying, if it makes sense we'll schedule a connection call. This call is the only way to coach with me. We'll explore what's alive in your business: what's working, what's heavy, where you're stuck, and what your nervous system can actually hold.
From that session, we decide how to proceed. You leave with clarity and support either way.
Women who have become wildly successful at performing a version of themselves they're exhausted from maintaining. Women who can feel the bigger life pulling at them but keep negotiating it down to something reasonable. Women who are done trading aliveness for belonging. I don't subscribe to the idea that you're broken. I believe you've forgotten who you are — and your body remembers.
We use the body to access what the mind has been performing around. Non-Linear Movement, breathwork, and somatic practices create the conditions for patterns to surface — not intellectually, but physically. You feel them. You move through them. And things that years of thinking, journaling, and "working on yourself" couldn't shift start to reorganize. It's not magic. It's what happens when you stop overriding the smartest part of you.
Most coaching stays in the head — strategies, mindset reframes, accountability. Most therapy stays in the story. This work starts in the body and moves through the illusions your performance is built on. It's not about understanding why you do what you do. It's about experiencing — in your body, in the room, in real time — that you can be fully yourself and still belong. That changes everything.
Good. Discomfort is not proof that something is wrong. It's usually proof that something real is trying to happen. You don't need to be ready. You don't need to have the right words or the right feelings. You just need to be done pretending you're fine with a life that doesn't feel like yours.
Both. Private coaching happens virtually — so we can work together wherever you are. Retreats and Unearth are immersive in-person experiences. The body doesn't care whether the witnessing happens through a screen or across a room. It feels it either way.
You stop saying yes when your body is screaming no. You start making decisions from desire instead of obligation. You hold boundaries without guilt. You stop collecting opinions before you trust your own. Your creativity comes back. Your intimacy deepens. Your leadership gets more honest — and more powerful. You become more fully inhabited, and the people around you feel the difference before you can even name it.
