One day · In person · The Red Barn, Woodland WA · October 17
You didn't lose her. You buried her — to keep everyone else comfortable.
UNEARTH is one day to dig her back up. In a room full of women, with your whole body in the room — not just your head.
Saturday, October 17 · 9am–8pm · lunch included
Save my spotYou, lately
The cost nobody sees.
You're the reliable one. The capable one. The one people hand the heavy thing to, because you'll carry it. You're good at it — good enough that no one has noticed you slipping out of your own life.
It wasn't an accident. Early on, you learned that being useful was safer than being seen. So you became useful. It worked. That's the trap: it worked well enough to build a whole life on.
None of it makes you broken. It makes you someone who's performed so long she forgot there's a her underneath.
What's actually true
You don't want a break. You want yourself back.
A woman's impact is only ever as big as she's willing to be wild.
Not reckless — undomesticated. Still in contact with your own instinct, appetite, anger, and desire. The woman under all the managing isn't gone. She's buried the way you bury something to protect it, not because you lost it.
UNEARTH is built to prove one thing, in your body and not your notebook: you matter before you perform.
Feel that once — really feel it — and "I'll get to my own life later" stops sounding like a plan.
What the day is
An experience, not a lecture.
No binder. No breakout groups. Here's what the day actually holds:
Walk into a barn full of women who came for the same reason. You feel yourself exhale before anything's even started.
Guided embodiment practice and somatic work — because this doesn't change in your head. It changes in your body.
Say the true thing out loud, witnessed by other women, and watch yourself not disappear.
A real meal made to nourish, and hours in a room where being fully yourself is the point, not the risk.
You leave with the felt memory of who you are without the performance. It doesn't wash off by Monday.
Inside the room
A real day. A real room. Women who decided to stop disappearing.

What you leave with
Proof, not a to-do list.
Nobody will make you cry, share, or perform "wild woman." You don't have to come undone to belong here. You have to show up and stop pretending for one day.
Dig her up.
Is this you?
Capable — and quietly missing.
Leader, founder, coach, mother, the friend everyone calls first. Successful on paper. Tired in a way success was supposed to fix, and didn't.
UNEARTH won't hand you a better performance. It'll ask you to set the performance down.
If you're after a fix-it weekend, or a room that competes over who's most healed — this isn't it.

Jami Bond
Transformational & Somatic Coach · Bridge Method Co-Trainer
Jami has spent close to twenty years with a tattoo machine in her hand — and built the kind of things most people only talk about: two tattoo studios, a tap house, and the buildings they sit in. She knows how to take a real risk and make it real.
That's more than 22,000 hours holding people through something intimate and raw — and it's the depth, presence, and attunement she now brings to the room. She leads circles, breathwork nights, retreats, and one-on-one work, and trains other facilitators as a co-trainer inside The Bridge Method. Her gift is reading what's underneath — what your body is carrying before your mouth has found the words. She won't let you hide, and somehow you'll feel completely held while she refuses to let you.
Trained under Preston Smiles, Alexi Panos, and Michaela Boehm.
“I'm not here to fix you. I hold the room steady while you find what's true under everything you've been managing. That's the whole job.”

What women say
If you want transformation that actually lasts — the kind that comes into your body and becomes you — you leave a completely different person. Jami has so much genuine love in her heart; you feel it the moment you're near her, and she has your back the whole way through.Dr. Amelia Cohn
I came in feeling stuck in life and business, wanting to get out of my own way. Jami holds such grounding space — I felt completely safe to be in my own light, with zero judgment. If you're still making up your mind: just do it. You will not regret it, hands down.Cait
Everyone deserves a day like this — to figure out the things about yourself you never realized, or knew but could never say out loud. Jami genuinely cares about every single person in the room. What's the worst that could happen? Nothing. But imagine what could.Acacia
I started my spiritual journey and saying yes to myself when attending Jami's first day retreat. I have had the pleasure of being in multiple containers and retreats led by her. The transformation in my life over the last three years has been beautiful. I am truly grateful to Jami for her loving spirit and soul. Her own soul transformation has inspired her to help others journey within themselves and find their own beauty, grace, and spiritual peace.Vicki Jones
I am just mindblown with the experience I had. I was really able to tap into my power.Karen Elaine

Capacity and refund policy to come.
Optional · Sunday
Want one more morning?
The day is Saturday. If you want to let it settle before real life resumes, there's an optional Sunday: an intimate integration brunch and live Q&A with me, Michelle, and Linda.
Michelle and Linda cook — properly. Part of what you're unearthing here isn't only emotional; it's letting yourself be fed by people who know how.
Questions
No. Expression isn't required, and neither is silence. The only ask is that you stay with what's actually happening instead of performing what looks good. If your mess shows up anyway, it's welcome too.
Wild here doesn't mean loud, barefoot, or dramatic. It means undomesticated on the inside — still in contact with your own instinct and desire, whatever that looks like on you. Sophisticated, disciplined, quiet women belong here.
No. UNEARTH isn't treatment and isn't a substitute for it. It's a facilitated experience, in community, built to give you felt proof of something true.
None. No retreats, embodiment, or somatic training required. You just show up and stay honest with what's true.
A yoga mat, a blanket, and something to sit or lie on comfortably. The Red Barn is a historic 1940s space with no central air, so bring layers. Helpful extras: an eye mask, a water bottle, and a journal.
After
You leave as her.
One day
The only question left is whether you keep managing it — or give it one Saturday to come up for air.
